Aged 11, Odette started to study Musical Theatre and Ballet professionally and received classical and musical theatre vocal training throughout this time.
As a young singer, Odette was lucky enough to perform the role of Annie, Young Cosette (Les Miserables) and in the musical Bugsy Malone.
Odette has gone on to perform professionally both internationally and across the UK.
A passion to perform, entertaining and share art is what drives Odette. She believes it’s not just about “singing a song”, but about bearing your soul and investing emotion into every lyric to bring the song to life in order to draw in the audience.
Odette is a “Full Lyric Soprano” – i.e a mature depth of tone to the voice with an extensive range.
This tiny lady certainly has Soul and is not afraid to take on (and indeed do justice to) songs from Etta James & Aretha Franklin through to Lady Gaga & Adele.
There is something for everyone within Odette’s repertoire and she is, therefore, able to cater for any event and venue accordingly.
Odette certainly brings something very special to each performance.
